This online shop is operated by The Falk Company Ltd. All credit and debit card transactions are securely processed by Barclaycard Merchant Services ePDQ. The name that will appear on your statement is 'The Falk Company Ltd.'
As a user of this website you acknowledge that any use of this website by you including any transactions you make is subject to our terms and conditions below. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the website. Please note, any use of this website or purchase made through this website constitutes an agreement to abide by the terms and conditions detailed below which shall override any other terms and conditions. Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
RETURNS POLICY
At UnusualWatches.co.uk we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. However, we understand that you may occasionally want to return items to us. In this event, items can be returned direct to UnusualWatches.co.uk within 28 days.
When returning items to UnusualWatches.co.uk, the item(s) must be in its original packaging and unused. On receipt of the returned item, you will be refunded in full. For your benefit and security in the event of a return we recommend sending the goods back to Unusual Watches by a shipping method that can be tracked. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit. Please make sure to obtain a receipt from your delivery company as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost in transit. We will not be able to reimburse you for the cost of returning the item.

The 28 day return policy is only valid for purchases made online or via the telephone from www.unusualwatches.com . If you have purchased a watch featured in our shop from another stockist, you must refer to their individual return policies.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
All our watches are fully guaranteed and come with an international manufacturer's warranty of 1 or 2 years.
ONLINE SHOPPING
We have taken care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. The images you see will depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.
ORDERS
Once you have completed an online or telephone purchase, you will be sent an email confirming the order details and our acceptance of your order. At that point a binding agreement will exist between us under these terms and conditions. We will take payment for your order immediately and goods will not be despatched until receipt of payment. Unfortunately we cannot accept orders from persons under the age of 18.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Items purchased within the EU: All items purchased from countries within the EU will be subject to the UK VAT rate of 15%. There will not be any import taxes to pay on items shipped within the EU.
Items purchased from outside of the EU: All items purchased from countries outside of the EU are VAT exempt. This will automatically be calculated upon checkout. There may be import duty and taxes to pay on items shipped to countries outside of the EU. These rates vary from country to country. These charges will be levied once the package reaches your country. The Falk Company Ltd. is not liable for any import duties / taxes you may incur.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Delivery Information
At UnusualWatches.com, we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. The Falk Company Ltd. shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
UK Shipping: UK Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Delivery times are normally 1-2 working days.
International Shipping: International orders are shipped via FedEx. FedEx delivery times are normally 1-4 working days.
Watches are fully covered by ourselves during shipping.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
